Overview

Join us for the 46th Annual CT Masters' Games Archery Competition Hosted by the City of Middletown. The tournament will consist of 90 arrows shots as follows: 30 arrows from 60 yards; 30 arrows from 50 yards; and 30 arrows from 40 yards.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM:  Check-In and Equipment Inspection
  • 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM:  Official Practice
  • CT Masters' Games 
    •  
  • Awards Ceremony will be held immediately after the conclusion of the CT Masters' Games Tournament. 
EVENTS OFFERED: 
  • Recurve (with sight)
  • Barebow Recurve (no sight)
  • Compound Fingers (with sight)
  • Barebow Compound (no sight)
  • Compound Release (with sight)
FORMAT
  • 900 Round (3 distances, 90 Arrows)
  • Five Ends at 60 yds, Five Ends at 50 yds, Five Ends at 40 yds
Age Divisions (Age as of 12/31)
  • 30-39, 40-49,  50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+ 
  • ​National Senior Games qualification in even numbered years (2026, 2028 etc.), for athletes aged 50 and above within the qualifying year
  • National Senior Games events are held in odd numbered years (2025, 2027 etc.)
  • National qualification starts at age 50 in the calendar year.
Credentials Required Please Note:
  • Archers may only compete in one style.
  • Archers must provide their own bows and target arrows.

Tournament Rules 
  • Recurve archery events will be conducted in accordance with National Archery Association rules, except as modified herein.
  • Compound archery events will be conducted in accordance with National Field Archery Association rules, except as modified herein.
Tournament Format
  • Competition will consist of 90 arrows shot as follows: 30 arrows from 60 yards; 30 arrows from 50 yards; and 30 arrows from 40 yards.
  • Awards will be presented for 1st through 3rd place for each event within each age division
    There will be no dress code for archers.
Registration Fee $45.00
  • Registration Deadline: TBD
  • All registration/insurance fees are nonrefundable and must be paid before an athlete is eligible for competition.
What you receive for the Entrance Fee:
  • CT Masters' Games T-shirts
  • CT Masters' Medals for the top three finishers
